Welcome to Fulcrum Learning Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing tutoring services, subscription plans, or promotional offerings through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency for all families.

Tutoring Services (Pay-Per-Session)

Fulcrum Learning Group offers individual tutoring sessions that are scheduled and paid for per session.

  • Standard tutoring sessions are 30 minutes, unless otherwise stated.

  • All sessions must be scheduled through our online booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • All tutoring services are non-refundable.

Monthly Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription plans include a set number of tutoring sessions per billing cycle and are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

  • Subscription plans renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • By purchasing a subscription plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation.

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable.

  • Canceling a subscription prevents future charges only and does not result in a refund or credit for the current billing period.

Sessions included in subscription plans:

  • Are valid only during the active billing month

  • Do not carry cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • Do not automatically roll over into future months

Scheduling is subject to tutor availability. While we strive to support consistent scheduling, specific days or time slots are not guaranteed.

Packages & Promotional Plans

From time to time, Fulcrum Learning Group may offer promotional services, packages, or plans at discounted or special pricing.

  • Promotional offerings are available for a limited time and are subject to change or discontinuation without notice.

  • Promotional services, packages, or plans are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Promotional pricing cannot be combined with additional discounts, promo codes, or offers, unless clearly stated.

  • Promotional offerings may include specific terms, usage limits, or expiration conditions outlined at the time of purchase.

Once a promotional service or plan has been purchased, its terms apply regardless of future pricing or promotions.

Promo Codes & Discounts

  • Promo codes apply only to eligible services or plans as specified at the time of issuance.

  • Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Only one promo code may be used per transaction.

  • Promo codes cannot be combined with discounted packages, subscription plans, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promo codes at any time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are considered a no-show and are forfeited.

  • Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.

Refund Policy

All services, subscription plans, packages, and promotional offerings are non-refundable.

Credits may be issued only in accordance with the cancellation policy and have no cash value.

Account Responsibility

The account holder is responsible for all activity conducted through their account, including bookings, cancellations, and communications. Tutoring services and plans are intended for a single enrolled student and may not be shared between students or households.

Educational Disclaimer

Tutoring services provided by Fulcrum Learning Group are supplemental and do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or test results. Individual progress varies based on student participation, consistency, and individual learning needs.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
