Our Booking Policy
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their appointment at any time up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Rescheduling can be completed through your account under My Bookings.
Cancellations & Credits:
Clients may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. All tutoring services are non-refundable. If a cancellation is needed, a credit for the full amount paid will be issued and may be applied to a future session.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time and missed appointments (no-shows) are not eligible for a credit, as the tutor has reserved this time specifically for your session.
How to Manage Your Booking:
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by logging into your account and visiting My Bookings.
When booking a session, subscribing to a monthly plan, or purchasing anything on our website, you are agreeing to our terms & conditions.
